Portable Dry Flush Toilets
“Dry flush” describes a toilet that wraps and seals waste instead of flushing it away with water. Wrappon’s heat-seal system is a dry-flush design developed for healthcare first, then adapted for camping, overlanding and emergency preparedness.
Why dry flushCompared with a bucket or a cassette
- No dumping. There is no tank to carry to a dump station — each use is sealed into its own package.
- Odor locked in. Barrier film is heat-sealed after every use, so odour stays in the package.
- No water. Nothing to fill, freeze or leak.

Common questionsPlain answers
What is a dry flush toilet?
A toilet that seals each use into a lined, odor-proof package rather than flushing with water. No plumbing or holding tank is involved.
Do dry flush toilets smell?
Wrappon heat-seals every use inside barrier film, so odour is locked into the package rather than held in a tank.
What do I need to keep buying?
Film and coagulant. Film comes as a roll, single-use bags or a cassette depending on the model, and coagulant comes in 30- or 50-single-bag packs.
Can the sealed waste go in normal trash?
The coagulant solidifies the waste and the package is sealed airtight, so it is handled as ordinary trash. Follow any local regulations that apply where you are.
